Luxury villa with spectacular sea views, Pvt Pool, Gardens and Parking

This beautiful villa has 4 luxury bedrooms all with amazing sea views and air conditioning and lots of wardrobe space, 2 of which also have smart televisions. There is a fabulous big open kitchen and dining space in a large open plan room with a huge smart TV with a European channels box attached and comfy sofa. Outside is a large balcony with a built in barbecue to enjoy al fresco dining underneath a pergola for shade.
Outside there is a private infinity pool and sun loungers for everyone along with a shady naya with an outdoor sofa and chill out area. The house also has beautiful gardens with tasteful lighting in the evening.
There is a private shaded driveway for 2 cars and electric gate for convenience.
We provide baby beds and chairs etc and even have a gated play area for small children.
The magic of this house is the beautiful modern decoration and incredible sea views from every room!

Summer vacation

We were very happy during our stay at the property so much so we didn’t want to leave. House is newly renovated, kitchen completely furnished and comfortable. The pool was very good and the views were spectacular.

The view on Moraira and sea is superb. The Home is correct and could be improved. Only 3 bathroom (not 4), airco in rooms only (noisy in the 1st floor), airco flood on the terrasse and beyond, swimming pool quite nice but only 6 chairs (2 falling to pieces, 1 parasol too), furniture limited on average to 6 pax not 8, ..; In summary, a good home to stay one week

The villa lives up to the pictures. It was a fabulous house and pool and safe for the kids and our dog. Kitchen was AMAZING and house beautiful inside and out. Natalie was super helpful.

Muy cómoda y con muchos detalles que hacen tu estadía más confortable. Las distintas estancias ofrecen varias opciones para el entretenimiento, leer tranquilamente, cocinar muy bien equipada para los que nos gusta cocinar. Las vistas sobre el mar desde cualquier lugar de la casa son maravillosas. En general un lugar mágico donde te sientes en casa.
