Private: property 660 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (4 x 7 m, depth 120 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, pool house with shower and WC, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars), single garage. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant, bar 150 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 1.5 km, sandy beach "Playa el Portet" 150 m. Marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 4.5 km. Nearby attractions: El Castillo de Guadalest 60 km, Aqualandia 45 km, Las Fuentes d'Algar 42 km, Althea 33 km, Valencia 120 km, Alicante 80 km. Please note: suitable for families. Absolutely perfect location for us, we loved the beach a few steps away and short walk into Moraira. The private pool and outside area is secluded . Electric gate entrance with parking. Safe for dogs completely fenced in. Indoor a little dated but plenty of space . Would definitely stay again and would recommend.
