Casa Buena Vista is an exquisite 5-bedroom ‘Modern Villa’ situated in the exclusive ‘El Portet Area’ of Moraira. This large, reformed villa is a tranquil oasis situated in a quiet residential street with spectacular sea views and perfectly suited for those in pursuit of a relaxing and stress-free holiday.



The centrepiece of this beautiful villa is the large terrace, with stunning sea views looking over the port of Moraira and the distinctive Calpe rock of ‘Peñón de Ifach’ and is the perfect place to relax with family and friends over drinks whilst watching the sun go down.



The villa boasts a beautiful 9m x 4m Pool all at one depth that is perfect to cool off from the midday heat as you spend lazy days soaking up that sun in the private terraced area, an excellent place to curl up with a good book.



For a leisurely lunch, you won't have to venture far from your sunbed. Enjoy your meal in the outdoor dining area, with Gas BBQ, experiencing alfresco dining at its finest, while sharing quality time with family and friends. There is even a little ‘Pitch and Putt’ for the kids.



This incredible villa has undergone meticulous updates and renovations to the highest standards with stylish decor. The villa features a welcoming lounge with an additional dining table as well as a newly fitted kitchen which perfectly matches the décor. All these areas enjoy the sea views over to Calpe. There are 5 generously sized bedrooms over two floors, 3 x King Bedrooms (2 x Ensuite) and 2 Bedrooms, both with singles (1 x Ensuite). All bedrooms are fully airconditioned.



Guests will want for nothing in this splendidly appointed villa, as it caters to a wide range of desires. It provides a serene and spacious setting, delivering the privacy and tranquillity one desires on a villa holiday. Within a five-minute walk, you'll discover bars and restaurants, a fantastic local supermarket, and the bustling port area of Moraira, known for its 'Blue Flag Beach’, vibrant bars, and delectable dining options.



As a token of our appreciation, all our guests receive a 'Complimentary Welcome Pack' to ensure you have the essentials on your first day. You'll also find 'Beach Towels' at your disposal during your stay, allowing you more room in your suitcase for those extra garments. With 'Complimentary High-Speed Internet Wi-Fi,' you can stay seamlessly connected throughout your visit. We aim to ensure your return year after year by offering these thoughtful touches.
