Guests have full access to the entire 3,700 sq.ft. home, including both living areas, all six bedrooms, the gourmet kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the sunrise deck, sunset porch, and large expansive yard throughout your stay. Parking is available in the driveway with easy, year-round access. The home is exclusively yours—no shared spaces.

✔️ Mountain Weather: Conditions can change quickly in Teton Valley. We recommend AWD/4WD vehicles in the winter months.

✔️ Wildlife: Deer, moose, and foxes are common visitors. Please observe from a distance and never feed wildlife.

✔️ Quiet Retreat: This home is perfect for families and peaceful gatherings. Out of respect for neighbors, events and parties are not permitted.

✔️ AC/Heating: The home stays naturally cool thanks to mountain air and thoughtful design. Fans and heating are available for your comfort.
