The Space:

Set on 2.4 acres of beautifully maintained park-like grounds with a north-facing aspect, the home embraces natural light, sweeping rural vistas, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow throughout.

What We Love



The Pool:

Tarragal's 15x4-metre solar-heated freshwater pool is open all year round — dual solar heat pumps mean the water is warm in every season, and the remote-controlled automatic pool cover makes it effortless to manage. What makes this pool genuinely different is the water chemistry: a "Naked Freshwater" system means low chemical content and a pure, natural swimming experience — specifically beneficial for guests with allergies, asthma, eczema, or psoriasis. For families with sensitive skin, this is a specific and significant detail. For everyone else, it simply means the most enjoyable pool you'll swim in all year.



The Grounds:

Two and a half acres of manicured, park-like lawns and beautifully landscaped gardens surround the home in every direction — a north-facing aspect floods the grounds with sun, sweeping rural vistas extend beyond the property boundaries, and the sense of space and privacy is complete. Children have the run of the lawns all day. Adults have the terrace, the pool deck, and enough room that everyone finds their spot and stays in it.

Sydney is 90 minutes away — and feels considerably further the moment you step onto the property.

Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $2,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.



Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.



The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.



Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognized insurance companies, corporate organizations, relocation providers, or similar authorized entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
