「We enjoyed our stay at this lovely VRBO after our daughter had our newest grandbaby. We were able to bring our two other grands over to this home and keep a close eye on them to let the newborn and Mom & Dad get settled in. This home has 3 bedrooms downstairs and one loft, so it was very convenient to have one room for each of the other children without needing to go upstairs. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the house was very cozy. Also a plus -- it's VERY near all the shops and restaurants...

「The house was very clean and well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised to find shampoo, conditioner, and soap in both bathrooms. There were also paper towels, dishwaser pods, and dish soap in the kitchen. These are items I've never had provided in any previous rental. The backyard left a lot to be desired. We had hoped the kids could play, but there was a steep grade, and the grass was nothing but weeds and stickers. However, there is a great playground within walking distance of the house.There...

11. Lakefront Home w/ Game Room + outdoor oasis with firepit with a large king suite

Rockwall

「Pros: Quiet neighborhood, kitchen stocked with all essentials & extras, spacious areas to spread out, check in/out was easy. Cons: The driveway situation is tight and inconvenient, the property needs some basic maintenance (paint, outlets tightened up, detailed cleaning in corners, spray for insects, etc). That said, these things could easily be overlooked. The real kicker for us was the game room - it looked great in the photos but it is located in the garage - it was extremely hot out there...

16. Tiny House Cottage at Mars Hill Farm

Ferris

「It was a cute cabin with more room in the living area than I expected. The host sent an information packet that had detailed and helpful info. The loft area is a very tight squeeze and was very hot. A window unit would be nice for that area. It is a hot Texas summer though! There is no AC or fan in the bathroom so it was extremely hot. A fan at a minimum would be a nice addition. Overall it was a fun, unique experience!」
