The market was sweet on a Saturday morning too!!Stewart was a great host-always on hand to answer any questions!!Through his advice we got the train to Rome from Fondi & took a boat trip to Positano & Amalfi (rather than drive the road in August!) 「Our stay was great.We were there for a week with 9 people.The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax.If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay.The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered...

Noi abbiamo soggiornato con un bimbo di un anno e mezzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la spiaggia su cui affaccia la villa è stata sempre semi deserta cosa davvero rara nelle domeniche di Agosto. Alessia è stata una padrona di casa deliziosa, ci ha dato indirizzi utilissimi per scoprire la zona. Grande serietà e ottima accoglienza. 「This place was amazing. A bit tricky to get to but worth it for the amazing views. Wish we'd booked for longer. Short walk to restaurants. Parking is onsite, which is a bonus during busy periods in Gaeta. The place looks better than the online photos. 」

「This Italian Villa has a perfect location for a great getaway. Its serene location on a lake and large lot at the end of a quiet lane makes for a very peaceful holiday. Well located between the beaches of Sabaudia and San Felice Ciscero a quick trip to the beach is just minutes away all in all a perfect location with a great host.」

「Die Lage ist genial. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und man ist so schnell bei dem wunderschönen Strand. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gross und sehr gepflegt. Es hat viele Vögel und Eidechsen. Am See kann man Krebse beobachten. Wir konnten im Oktober immer draussen auf der herrlichen Terrasse essen. Das Fenster zur Küche ist sehr praktisch, da kann man alles direkt zur Terrasse raus reichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar.
