「No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there. 「Just like the pictures. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on the upstairs floor and a small kitchenette right by the entrance. The bedrooms have enough storage for clothes and other belongings. The fridge is small, but enough for one person and the pantry is spacious. The heating works well and keeps the place warm during the cold months. I stayed for three months and had everything I needed, except for a washing machine, but there are laundromats in the city centre. The...

「Old Carriage House converted into a wonderful apartment. We loved the location of this stay. We were just a short walk down from Colchester Castle and High Street, where we could find a wide range of pubs, restaurants, and shops. The city centre train station was just a short walk away as well. Thank you to our host for the awesome check-in and also for the lift to the "other" train station for our trip back into London. If we are ever in the Colchester area again, we will definitely stay...
