"Interstate to be turned away at the door. After some pretty serious 4x4’ing to find the place, we showed our reservation# and booking details, but were told facility was closed for the season. I’ve joyfully used Hotels.com for many years and, and will continue to do so, but this is my first sub-optimal experience. Quite surprised after all the effort to get there, and booking, to be told no. Unfortunate "

"Staying at this resort was a great experience. The gers were comfortable, well decorated, and clean. The restaurant had excellent food with an attentive waitstaff, and the facilities offered great value for money. Additionally, the tours and taxi services provided were excellent, with skillful and knowledgeable drivers that made the experience extra memorable."
