「We loved our stay here! The service was impeccable. Pedro the manager shoeed us to our rooms, brought and made an extra bed after a mixup with the booking (not their fault), remembered us by name and ssked if we needed anything whenever we passed. He even gave us tips on festas and things to do around the island. Pedro and the owner were more involved around the property than any upper-level staff I've ever known, including pouring coffee and bringing our plates to the table during Sunday...
