This hotel was extremely hard to find, with no proper signage and a remote hilltop location. We arrived around 9 p.m. and the place was completely abandoned.. despite claims online it was nearly full, we saw no other guests. The room was spacious but rundown, and the bathroom didn’t seem clean. Most importantly, we didn’t feel safe. The area is poorly lit and very isolated. Traveling with a child, we chose to leave within minutes and return to the city. Despite the $130 non-refundable cost.. We Didn’t Feel Safe Enough to Stay, Not worth the risk

this place looks abandoned, towels were old and stiff, toilets would not flush, bed sheets looked dusty, it was so bad that we ended up leaving right after seeing our rooms.

No cuenta con wifi, además la tina de baño en mal estado parecía sucia y con orificios por donde entran los insectos(había arañas), sin contar que el AC no funcionaba, la alberca no estaba en funcionamiento … no regresaría por nada ahí

We reserved this hotel and totally regretted after we got to the property. It is absolutely not as described. We were vey disappointed with the hotel and also expedia customer service. This place did not feel safe at all, we contacted expedia customer service to cancel and get a refund. After a long conversation with the agent, he tried communicating with the front desk of this hotel which seemed almost impossible. I also made several attempts to communicate with them by phone, email and had no response. We had 4 rooms reserved, despite the loss of money for all rooms we all decided to leave the property to go rent somewhere else. I insisted expedia to get a full refund for not staying in this property but they denied it.
