Llegue al hotel a las 2 pm toque y toque y jamás salió nadie,se me hace una falta de respeto que realices tu reservación en línea para reducir tiempos y tuve que buscar otro hotel xq jamás me abrieron según esto los vecinos dicen que llevan 15 días sin abrir qué grosería,les pido que porfavor no generen ningún cargo ya que por obvias razones no lo pagaré

El lugar es muy bonito, pero las habitaciones están muy mal, sucias, poco mantenimiento, luces que no funcionan... No vale lo que piden aunque el lugar sí es muy bonito.

Muy bonito y la atención desde que llegamos fue muy buena!!, solo me pareció un poco elevado el costo, pero todo lo demás excelente!! Si regresamos!!!

Hotel acogedor con hermosos jardines.

Un auténtico oasis. Los jardines súper bonitos y la alberca muy limpia y ,aunque pequeña, adecuada para relajarse. El personal muy amable y atentos.

Muy bien peroooo

Excelente instalaciones y lugar !!! Te ofrece mucha tranquilidad pero el problema que hubo es que el chef desde las 3pm no apareció hasta al día siguiente 8:30am entonces no te podían dar alimentos por qué no estaba el chef y simplemente no lo localizaban. Eso sí fue pésimo. Tuve que salir para comprar comida. Lo demás estuvo súper bien!

Excelente para decanso y parejas

El lugar es muy bonito, muy grande y se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones. El personal muy amable, se presentó una falla con el calentador y nos cambiron a una habitación superior sin ningún costo. Excelente lugar para ir en pareja.

Un gran lugar en Tepoztlán

El hotel está lejos del murmullo del centro por lo que es una estancia bastante tranquila, cuenta con una alberca bastante cálida y la comida es muy buena! El cuarto "La cabaña" está increíble!

Gran servicio y un lugar super acogedor

El lugar está increíble, ya sea para viaje en pareja o con familia y amigos, lo único que recomendaría de la habitación que nos tocó es remodelar el baño. También, por el tamaño del predio, me gustaría que fuera Pet Friendly para poder llevar a mi mascota.

Best Hotel in Tepoztlan

Beautiful landscaping, huge gardens to stroll through. Amazing staff, great food, priceless view of the cliffs from everywhere.

Great staff service, clean rooms

Staff service was great. We had problems to access the hotel Sunday night. Phone no one answered and guard took over 20 mins to answer the door.

Lugar agradable.

El lugar muy bonito con jardines y vistas espectaculares, aunque retirado del centro de Tepoztlán. El concepto podría aprovecharse más, ya que sólo son 6 habitaciones lo que brinda un trato más personal, pero considero que hace falta invertirle en sus habitaciones y que el restaurante tenga más opciones para desayunar. La cena sí fue deliciosa.

Ampliamente recomendable para descanso

Me gustó mucho! El hotel está bien cuidado y todo en muy buenas condicionec,como tiene pocas habitaciones es bastante privado, el personal es muy amable y el servicio en general es muy bueno. Sólo me faltaron más opciones en el menú del restaurante.
