They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. 「Hostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. 」

「This quaint hotel was clean and is located in a great location. By the water, with a short walk to the center of town. (Do visit the friendly cafe located next door for lunch or dinner.) They have a continental breakfast, and a staff member offers to make eggs to go along with your meal. The shower was a bit quirky. Be careful so you don’t get burned. And there is no shelf for items.
