「I loved this little motel. It reminded me of traveling with my parents back in the '50s and '60s before the big chain hotels took over. Don't expect luxury.. It's not that kind of a place. Think knotty pine paneling and bathrooms with green tiles. The beds were very very comfortable and it's literally a 2-minute walk into town. One thing to note... Rooms 8 through 11 are on a bit of a hill and could be a problem for somebody with mobility issues so worth a mention.」

「The room was amazingly beautiful and the hosts were helpful. The problem was the room was freezing and would not get warm. Luckily it was just a couples getaway so I was able to run home and get a small heater. If you are going to be open in the winter make sure the heater works!! We will definitely stay again just not during the winter. 」

「My cousin and I, and my dog, spent 3 days at The Perch and we could not have asked for a better experience. The location was remote enough to feel secluded but also not far from Rockland, which was great for a nice lunch and some shopping. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and the bed was unbelievably comfy - we slept like logs! 「We spent three nights at Pauls Cottage. As a local host for vacation homes on Cape Cod. I pay attention to the details.The home had a three night minimum.The fee for the host was as much as the nightly rate. There for we expected the service to match the rate. Check in for the cottage was 4:00. We had a 4 1/2 hour drive and knew we would be coming in late. However, we did not hear from our host on how to enter the cottage.
