"The Hot tub wasn’t up to par but it’s understandable because of the unexpected cool weather.I just rated lower about the communication with the staff/manager or on call staff because of them referring to the word “ Read” to me as if I couldn’t read.I just think that now days when people are just using written communication; verses speaking directly to potential residents is uncomfortable because all though it’s good to have documentation for reasons we are all sure of; I; however; like to be clear on what is being said or even to be more like a person instead of a dollar sign.I’m a master degree graduate Social Worker who feels that you all could use a little bit more training on people who have mental disabilities where they may need to do less writing and being listened to more.IWas even scared that there was almost a chance that I wouldn’t have a place to stay the night I arrived because I was trying to have a chance to get a few things for my stay,IAlso feel that assuming that ZzI don’t read is wrong and I know that the first thing they say after you choose the place you’re interested in Is bookThen pay,.,,,Nothing about rules …I felt pre judgement from your staff because of the anxiety that I encounter..I was even told not to let that show before ZI get there because it wasn’t exceptable ( this was stated in one way or another by Antonia)So why a lot of my stay was good You all treated me like I was a bother for asking questions.That’s not right.TY!"

"The place was nice, met all my needs. Breakfast was good, surroundings were pretty, front desk young man helpful and friendly. Will stay again."

"Thank you for a nice stay. Great location. Close to my class address. Close to shopping. Quiet enough to study. I would recommend you:Check the fridge filters. Water that came out was cloudy with sediment.Old condiments left in fridge. Should have been thrown out prior to next booking. Dish towels dirty.Plates dirty.Drawers in kitchen dirty. One drawer filled with black screws.Vacuum cleaner left out in living room. Old tan colored paint(?) spots on bathroom rug.Old, rusted hand mirror in bathroom.Empty soap dispensers in shower. Luckily, we brought our own.Trash pickup routine was not made clear before check in.Trash was left in trash can before we got there.It basically looked like someone left in the middle of cleaning it or without cleaning it. We bought paper plates. Plastic utensils.Used our own cleaning supplies.Nothing you can do about it but reeked of weed in hallways."
