「The New Inn was such a beautiful and relaxing vacation destination. It was like a a Tuscan get away the grounds so beautiful from the vineyard to the private patios to the immaculate rooms to the morning breakfast delivered to your room at your time request. 「When I told them that the bathtub plug was broken and hot water was not filling up, they said they would come to fix it in 30 minutes. However, no one came. As a result, I was not able to use the bathtub. Also, I cannot use the heating. There is a wood stove, but there is not enough wood. The entrance door is not properly installed, so a draft comes in and it is cold.」
