This elegant wine country estate is perfectly located within walking distance of award-winning wineries and vineyards. The main house offers high ceilings, ornate wood trimmings, and plenty of space for large groups. Guests will rejoice when they step into the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, 26 seat private movie theater, and beautiful two-story guest house– complete with a full kitchen, billiards table, and 82-inch screen TV. Outside, there’s never a dull moment with amenities for all ages, including a private pool and lounge, outdoor kitchen and built-in grill, and a fully-equipped playhouse. With a beautiful gazebo on the property, this home is an ideal place to watch the sunset over the hills with your favorite people, wine glass in hand.

- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
- The playground is unsafe and guests are restricted from using it.
- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- No events or parties are allowed at this property.
- Please note that all bathtub jets have been disabled for health and safety reasons.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The max occupancy for this home is 10.
- Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home.
- The driveway light switch is on the side of the playhouse facing the driveway. Guests can access it by walking between the bushes to the left of the home's walkway.
- The princess bunk bed has been replaced with a standard twin bunk bed.
Parking Details:
- The garage can accommodate 2 cars.
- The driveway can accommodate a total of 6 cars. 8 cars is the maximum number of cars allowed at the property
- No parking is allowed on Calle Contento or the service driveway, only within the property main gate.
- Guests must maintain a fire lane to the house for emergency vehicles.
- Street Parking is not allowed.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
