The home is equipped with top-tier amenities, including a gourmet kitchen outfitted with Subzero and Wolf appliances, ideal for crafting culinary masterpieces after a day on the slopes. Beyond the exclusive developer’s unit escape, Telluride offers an unmatched experience steeped in charm and adventure. - Very close to the gondola at Mountain Village core.
- This home includes up to two days of access to the Peaks Resort Amenities such as the spa, gym, pool, and hot tub. Please reach out to our Reservation Team to inquire about purchasing additional day passes for access to the Peaks Resort at an additional cost.
WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1. Additional paid valet parking may be available at The Peaks for extra cars. Availability for additional valet parking varies and cannot be guaranteed. Payment is collected directly at The Peaks front desk.
- This home is not pet friendly under any circumstances.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
