* The Lulu pool and hot tub closes the Monday after the resort closes and re-opens the Wednesday BEFORE Memorial Day. The pool closes on October 15th and re-opens the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. This is a cold pool in the winter (not heated) At times the HOA does close the pool and hot tub with no notice for cleaning or maintenance.
* Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs. ($50 per nt/per dog fee) and signed pet addendum.
Please note that dog fees do not always calculate the pet fee correctly and we may need to refund or request money depending on the number of nights and number of dogs.
