Upon entering this penthouse condominium, you're greeted by a spacious entry hall with a coat closet, bench, and ample room for your gear. The primary living/kitchen/dining area with great flow, plus the deck with a grill are on this level. The open floor plan maximizes stunning views of the San Sophia Range of the San Juan Mountains to the west for beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for preparing meals. Enjoy a casual bite at the bar with four stools or gather at the six-to-eight seat dining table. The living room, warmed by a gas fireplace, features inviting furniture arranged for comfort, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony overlooking the Double Cabin ski trail. A convenient half-bath is also located on this floor. This level includes two bedrooms, each with generous space, roomy closets, and flat-screen TVs. The east bedroom offers a queen bed, while the west bedroom features a split king that can be arranged as two twins. A shared bathroom between these rooms includes double vanity sinks, a steam shower, and a tub.

Above the main living area, the master loft serves as a second living area with a large flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Under vaulted ceilings, the west wall is largely glass, providing magnificent sunset and mountain views. The main suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, mounted flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. The en suite bath is a luxurious retreat with a soaking tub, a large steam shower, double vanity sinks, and ample counter space.

Guests have access to a clubhouse with a pool table, poker table, ping pong, and exercise facilities. Ski access to the Double Cabin run is conveniently located just across San Joaquin Road. During the summer, enjoy the outdoor heated pool. The Lorian complex is located across from the Mountain Village Market and the free Gondola, which provides easy access to the Village Core and the town of Telluride. It is an easy 5-minute walk into the core of Mountain Village. Parking is not guaranteed at this property.
