VERY NICE TOWNHOME WITH AN IN-TOWN LOCATION. EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN, WELL-APPOINTED AND MODERN. ABSOLUTE SKI IN/SKI OUT POSITION LOCATED RIGHT BY CHAIR 7. HAS A LOFT AREA WHICH SLEEPS 2 SEPARATELY.
MY GARAGE FITS A REGULAR SIZE SUV, EG PORSCHE CAYENNE, AUDI Q SERIES ETC. FREE PUBLIC PARKING ACROSS THE STREET- I CAN ACCOMMODATE 3 VEHICLES, 2 WITH FREE PASSES FOR THE LOT DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET AND 1 IN MY PRIVATE, HEATED, INTERNAL ACCESS GARAGE.

Great location

Property has a great location, especially for skiing, but good for summer as well. Close to the river trail and a refreshing 5-10 minute walk to town or the free gondola. Owner was responsive and met us personally at check-in. We had a great stay.

Great Location

We recently stayed at this property and found it to be clean and in a fantastic location, especially for easy access to Lift 7. The proximity to the slopes is definitely the highlight of this rental.Overall, this is a great option for those seeking a convenient location near the slopes and don’t mind a no-frills setup

Great location!

This place was perfect for our group, it was right off the river trail which was an east less than 10 min walk to town. It was the perfect jumping off point for all our hikes that were either in town or off the gondola.

Amazing location to the slopes with outstanding views and access to the town. The onsite garage and hot tub were also ideal.

Fantastic ski condo, steps from lift 7. Only recommendation would be to have a 12” cast iron pan added to the cooking supplies.

Great location!

Steps from chair 7 so perfect for skiing. Great communication with host. Having a garage was great. House clean with no issues. Definitely recommend if you want a place with easy access to the slopes. 10-15 min walk to most restaurants in town.

Great Place, great location!

4 of us wanted ski-in/out in Telluride…any closer and you’d be sleeping in the lift hut! Close to everything and easy parking too. Place was clean, hot tub was great and had a view of the slopes. John was a great and communicative host! Will stay here again when we come back!

Blues and Brews Stay

This property was perfect walking distance from the festival, clean and cozy! There were six of us and everyone was comfortable, great communication with host and was very helpful during our stay, we would stay here again for sure! It had everything we needed! Thanks so much! Very special place :)

This is a great property for a summer stay in Telluride. Everything is in walking distance - great restaurants, hiking trials, the Gondola to the bike park! John was an excellent host and made sure we were set and comfortable for our stay. Would totally come back in the winter!

Had the community hot tub all to ourselves, all weekend

Very cute, well-stocked condo that was a much better value than any area hotel. Was off-season for Telluride so it felt like we had the whole town to ourselves. The community hot tub was modern and cozy. Just steps from our condo, we had the hot tub to ourselves all weekend. This would be the ideal place to stay during skiing season.

Fantastic Ski Week

John could not have been more responsive. He was very quick to answer any questions that came up. The location of the condo was excellent. The chair lift was literally right outside the door. It was and easy walk to the trail by the creek, grocery store and the shops and restaurants in town. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.

Beautiful Escape and Family Friendly

This was our favorite place we have stayed in the US! The views are spectacular and reminded us of our visits to Switzerland. The home had very comfortable beds and plenty of room to hang out. The hot tub was a nice amenity and had views as well. We enjoyed the location and the shuttle stops right outside. Unlike other homes in Telluride, this place had little hiking trails and a big grassy area in the back for kids and pets to run and play. When we visit again, this will be the place we stay!

Weekend Getaway

John was very responsive and helpful. The property is in a prime location and downtown is walkable. Slopes right out of the front door and a great view out of the balcony. Jacuzzi and barbecues are steps away. Doesn’t get much better!

Summer Vacation

Telluride was beautiful. The condo was amazing and our host was very attentive throughout the stay. Close to a beautiful walking trail along the creek with quick access to town and the gondola. No question too silly or dumb for him to promptly and kindly respond to throughout our entire stay. Loved it. Would visit again…especially in the winter. So close to the lift.

Picturesque mountains

It was a trip from a flat, hot, smoldering Florida, to high mountains, cool weather, full of adventure, gorgeous Telluride, CO. The condo is very well located, and has many amenities, clean, and comfortable. The owner is local, so he is very helpful with any questions you may have. We enjoyed our stay very much, and will return. This is our 5th trip here, because we just can't have enough of Telluride.

Perfect Stay

John was so accommodating and welcomed my husband and I personally upon arrival; he was even thrilled to host our German shepherd! The property was perfectly located next to slope 7 and was also within an easy walking distance of town. We loved taking our dog on a walk every morning to get coffee, and we especially enjoyed how easy it was to get to the gondola for an opening ski weekend! The hot tub was also a huge plus. The condo was also clean and easy to navigate. We would definitely stay again! Thanks John!

It was good. Easy access and very close to everything. We love and enjoyed. John met us at check in time and explain and showed everything that need during stay. Quite and close to mountain where you can enjoy the view from balcony. Walking distance to river trail and Gondola station (10 min walk). We stayed with friends and family and cooked food also. Would recommended and stay again next time. Thank you John !

Off Season Family Weekend

Before we arrived, I was wondering why the great reviews. Now I get it. In fact, the pictures do not do the condo justice. The owner met us, showed us around, and was always available if we had questions. The condo itself was immaculate, well stocked, especially the kitchen, and was in a great location to the hot tub and ski lifts. The condo is a short walk to the center of Telluride and to the free gondolas to the mountain village. Highly recommend.

Great location & communication for a cozy stay!

We had a great time in Telluride! This townhome was the prefect stay as a couple. As we were there a while (2 weeks), was important to have a stocked kitchen and this didn't disappoint! Hot tub was nice to chill out in after long days. The location is perfect to walk to town or to walk the river path. Can see that during ski season would also be great being right at the bottom of a lift. John is a great host- super communicative and helpful in pointing us to great restaurants and answering any questions we had throughout our stay. Thank you!
