In the commune of Telgruc-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 92 m² gîte in an old farmhouse that can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 200 m² garden and terrace. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).

Outside area :
- A 200 m² garden with one part private and the other to be shared with the other gîtes.
- A north-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying the sun in the evening.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The gîte is ideally located in Telgruc-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings close to coastal paths and the ocean. Nearby, 5 km away, or in the town of Crozon, 10 km away, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Events: Festival du bout du monde at the beginning of August in Lanvéoc, maritime festival of old riggings in Brest.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the car park shared by the four gîtes or in the square in front of the gîte.
