"This was a really nice place for a short trip to SLC. The space is clean and location convenient. High quality cooking amenities made it realistic to save a little money by preparing a few meals at home. Cat was super supportive and quick to respond to messages and questions. "

Cozy 4-bedroom house in Sugar House, Salt Lake City with AC, WiFi
10/10 Excellent
"Comfortable Stay! This house is clean and bright with updated kitchen and baths. The floors are hard surface - original hardwood and tile on the main level and laminate on the lower level. The street is busy but there is off-street parking, including a space inside the gate. The lower level bedroom is super quiet and a nice separate option from the main level living. The host was generous in offering an early check-in (which we didn't use due to the timing of our flights) and offering a later check-out which was helpful for one of us who had a later flight. Keurig coffee pods were provided along with a few spices and pantry basics. We're cooks so one suggestion would be to add a couple more cutting knives. Overall, a nice clean and comfortable place for our Salt Lake City visit."
"Very nice house. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils, pots and pans. Air conditioning worked well. It was a lot cooler in the basement.Good beds. Quiet neighborhood. Did not try parking in the garage. It is a steep slope down. No problem, just parked in the street.Short walk to Tanner Park and Parley trail.Very easy entry. "
"This place is a scam, none of these photos are accurate. The real property does not look like these at all and is a basement apartment that is shabbily put together, the key box on the door did not work so we could not get in. No running water in the bathroom, and the couch pullout bed was broken. The tenant upstairs let us in through a "secret" door on his end, creepy that he had access to our space. We spent the night just because it was late, but did not go back for the rest of the stay. The owner never responded to my calls or texts. VRBO has messaged owner and he has not responded. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!"
Ski, Hike, Hottub + Ping-Pong & Pool. Fun Open Concept - sleeps 14 - great price
10/10 Excellent
"This was perfect for our family of 5 to be close to our new home and to downtown SLC. For winter it would also be great access to ski resorts. There were plenty of beds so we could all spread out across 3 bedrooms, and it was nice to have a full kitchen. Checkin is super easy. Most of all the hosts are extremely friendly and flexible. "
"The home is decorated so cute for such an old home. I didn't realize there is no dining area/table. I did not lower the star rating for this however. The reason I did not give it 5 stars was because we were all so cold. The house is very cold and we didn't sleep well because we were so cold. The heat is controlled remotely so when I called to ask about increasing the heat they said they would do it remotely. They did not. After the second cold night I called again and they apologized and said they would turn up the heat which they never did. So every night was very drafty and cold. Other than that, a very beautiful home."
