Das Zimmer war soweit ok. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus sollte stark verbessert werden, es lagen tote Kakalaken und die lebenden fuhren auch schon mal mit dem Fahrstuhl ins andere Stockwerk.

"A Horrible Place"

This place is not clean, the terrace was located on the fourth floor and it was a mess, by looking at the pictures we thought it belonged to the apartment.( Very misleading) did not include washing machine,had to pay to use the machines washer and dryer, there was a leak in the laundry room. The entrance door to the building is in deplorable condition and covered with graffiti. We assume that is why the pictures do not show the exterior of the property.There was no sofa, the description says self parking, but this has to be paid separately. Internet was shut down two days prior to the end of our stay. Anyone would miss this place, does not look like a habitable building. We would definitely not recommend it 👎 Not worth it. Attached are pictures of the mess on the sidewalk during the day time ☹️

The location was excellent, near all kinds of shopping and the market. The kitchen was well equipped with a full size refrigerator. The housekeeper came frequently to bring towels and some supplies. The bed was not very comfortable. Additonal mirrors, other than just the one above the bathroom sink would have been helpful. The washer and dryer available to use were 12 shekels each, so 24 for both. All in all the apt was very convenient to use.

property was in a very bad ,nasty , dangerous area and the keys to the apartment were NOT on the door as we were told so my wife and i sat outside for an hour trying to contact management with NO response it usually takes several hours there is no attendant so we relocated to another hotel in tel aviv and the star management refused refund saying we were a no show but it was on his end and we did not get our refund back! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

The size of the apartment was great, it was clean and had all the amenities as described. WiFi was excellent, TV (2of them, one in bedroom other in living room) had cable TV and was easy to use. Had. Some issues with turning the hot water on at the beginning but sorted it out and all was OK.

Fantastic value for money, I was in Israel to see a lot of stuff in just 4 days, so just needing a place to sleep , cook and relax, this was perfect, yes its 20 mins from central tel aviv, but the prices in Tel Aviv are extortionate and not worth it if like me you are out to see the attractions. The owner of the apartments is fanatic, I needed to keep my luggage in there till late evening because my flight was not ill night, they was happy to accommodate me for this. Overall. very clean, brilliant kitchen facilities, adequate shower bathroom, fast wifi and comfy beds, very good value value for money especially with the prices in Tel Aviv. Would highly recommend you stay here.

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très populaire, mais il y a des marchés et magasins partout pour acheter de quoi manger. Le lit était très confortable et le linge de lit et de toilette super propre, ainsi que l'appartement. A recommander si vous ne cherchez pas un quartier calme et bourgeois. Nous, on retournerait sans hésiter.

They don't clean the room. Don't change towels, sheets. $100 a day is a lot to pay for not getting any housekeeping services in a dump of s place!!!

Right next to bus stations and food markets and resturants perfect spot and town. Bus ride to Tel Aviv is about 5.9 shekels which is cheap about a 1 dallor.
