The hotel has a great location, walking distance to HaHaganah train station and the sea front. And five-minute walk to Levinsky pedestrian street with wonderful bars, restaurants and cafes.
This is a really good option for budget concious travelers. The location is a bit oof the "beaten path" for tourists, but it'll force to experience tel aviv. The location is near a market with tons of hidden jems. Great way to discover really awesome public spaces in the city. Great bed and shower. Very accommodating staff.
This is a really wonderful hotel that is simple. Well designed, excellent location, with extremely friendly staff at the front desk.
Each room is well and practically designed. The room makes the best use of the space. The location is excellent, close to all the restaurants and Bars in the Florentine area of Tel Aviv. The only negative is that it is very hard to park in. you should be prepared that you may get a parking ticket. fortunately, a parking ticket is not that expensive in TelAviv.
A beautiful and new hotel, very clean, close to the city and wherever I needed there is accessible public transportation, all in all I had a very nice time
Beautiful new hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to all the restaurants and bars in Tel Aviv. The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and friendly. Emily and Moti were very helpful to us and really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
A very pleasant hotel. Good atmosphere . The room was very clean and there was hot water in the shower. A good price for such a hotel. We had close to what we needed
The hotel is close to all the bars. We were next to Sdra, an excellent boulevard with good bars. We had so much fun, good atmosphere, we will come back again for sure.
The lobby was cute and quaint, the owners were nice and helpful, the property was new and clean. Taxis were easily available from the property. A 24 hour grocery was located nearby.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Short stay
The hotel itself is nice and the staff are helpful. The room however, which wasn't even the cheapest is tiny (though practically set up). It's ok for a short stay but the real downside is that the area where the hotel is based is really dodgy.
Oh, how much we enjoyed this hotel. Kind and polite service with a lot of patience. The room is luxurious and spacious. The hotel is pleasant and has a young atmosphere. Good location. Everything is highly recommended
What I liked about this hotel is that everything is clean, they received us nicely, you can see that the hotel is new and everything is well managed, I enjoyed myself, thank you in advance
There was hot water in the shower, it was pleasant and fun. Nice people at the hotel quickly brought us everything we asked for and we received good service
A beautiful hotel. Everything is new and smells perfect. We were received very nicely at the reception. The room was quiet and pleasant. The location is close to the city and Levinsky market and local pubs. I enjoyed very much . Thanks and I'll be back
The front desk staff was terrific from the moment of my arrival. I booked a small room but it was very comfortable, because it’s efficient and very well-designed. Everything was in oerfect working order with a powerful hot shower, places to put your things, and nice features like a drop-down dining table/desk. The room was also very clean, The hotel was quite empty when I stayed so I’m not sure how sound insulation is. Note that the very smallest economy room does not have a true window, so book one level higher (not much more expensive), if that matters to you. All in all, the location was super convenient for me, and I had a terrific stay!
A really nice hotel not too far away from the major transportation options in Tel Aviv.
Upon checking in, I met with Emily at the front desk. She was very, very nice and made me feel welcome from the beginning and made me feel much better about booking this specific hotel.
This hotel has an interesting feature I've never seen in another hotel. They will text you through WhatsApp and if you need anything like towels, etc. you can ask them without having to go up there. A very nice system.
I wouldn't call the area around the hotel "nice" or "clean" but the hotel itself is definitely a very good place
We chose this hotel so we could take a quick train to the airport for an early morning flight. It was perfect for that.
Check-in was GREAT. Receptionist was super friendly and accommodating and it only took a few minutes to get into our rooms. Easily accessible by bus. An easy walk to the fun Florentine area for a ton of cool restaurants and hangouts. The room was meticulously clean, with strong AC and blackout shades on the windows, and the bed was very, very comfy. Nice double shower head for a seriously yummy shower. There is a shelter in the basement which we didn't see but signs were up throughout the hotel, which was reassuring.
Unfortunately, there were a few minuses as well:
There are a few stairs to get to the elevator, so if you have mobility issues, that could be a problem. (Receptionist offered to carry our large suitcase.) The entire hotel smells strongly of air freshener or cleaning products. The smell faded in the room but hit me strongly every time I went into the hallway. Rooms are very small, with basically just enough space for the bed. There were intimate noises coming from another room beside or above mine. Because it's close to the airport, you're going to hear a lot of planes overhead, all night long. Finally, the neighbourhood (south Tel Aviv) has many sketchy-looking people. We weren't sure if we'd feel comfortable walking around the area after dark.
Overall, this was the cheapest nice hotel we found and we'd probably stay here again. :-)
