Our 1 month stay in Tel Aviv

Excellent location but the apartment is in poor shape-furniture is (was) in need of repair/replacement. Furnishings in the apartment are minimal-and no decor. Kitchen amenities ( dishes, cutlery, etc.) are insufficient and of very poor quality. The apartment was really not readied for our occupancy-cigarette burns on couch pillows (ultimately attended to after a couple of weeks in to our stay and after we complained), smoke detector needed batteries, again a few days in to our stay after we complained, the beds are all of poor quality and the frames/box springs are tattered and in need of replacement.
