「This property is in a great location if you’re staying in Tel Aviv. Close to practically everything, within walking distance from the beach, Diezengoff, and more! It makes for a much more comfortable stay having your own apartment in Tel Aviv rather than a one room hotel. Very nice staff, extremely helpful, a great place!」

「First you have to spend a lot of time knowing the location. When you book, the location is not specified. I called the "hotel number" but not one answered. I asked Expedia to get me the hotel location otherwise change the hotel at their cost. Expedia got back to me with the location info. You will waste a lot of time for something you don't have to worry about.」

「This was a disappointing stay for us. The apartment is lovely, and in a great location, but it was spoiled by the constant chasing for hidden charges, specifically a 300 shekel cleaning fee that was not made clear when booking. Not only does that seem a lot for a cleaning fee, but the cleaning of the apartment should be included in the price, and if not, made explicitly clear when booking. 」

「I arrived and there was a guy inside a little room with a terrible smell giving the keys, my room was not ready but i asked him to show me a room in advance and he refused, the place looked dirty, I didn’t stay I left. They didn’t want to give me the money back. Stay away from this place. Easy to confuse the name with sea executive which is a very nice place. 」

「This is not hotel. My worst experience ever. エクスペディアはいつから民泊を始めたのか、迷惑極まりない。アプリで確認した場所にホテルはなく、詐欺にあったよう。結局別のホテルを手配し、宿泊費がダブルでかかった。」

「Un hébergement correct mais le menage insuffisamment fait et une climatisation qui fuit. Bien que le gérant soit adorable ca suffit pas pour justifier le tarif.」

「Spacious and great location. Parking took time to find sometimes usually we parked about seven minutes walk away, Naomi was very sweet and worked with our schedule for check in. Apartment was clean too.very close to grocery and restaurants and short walk to beach. Would stay again!」

「VERY small basement studio apartment. We were able to make room on the floor for our 2 suitcases. Comfortable queen bed with pretty nice linens and pillows, but the bed was in the corner, so one person had to scoot in and out of bed rather get in and out from the side. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils, soap, and paper towels. Only 2 thin bath towels, although the owner would have brought over extra towels if we had asked. 2 blocks from the beach and from several bus stops....
