Apartment 'Dachstudio Am Donau Rad Weg' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Our rooftop studio on the Danube Rad Wander Weg with Valhalla view was built in 2023. It is located in one of Regensburg's first sustainable buildings in the community of Tegernheim.



Regensburg with its medieval center is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car or bike. There you will find a wealth of art, culture and culinary.

In the loft style attic studio you can then relax in the cozy dining area , in fine weather on the balcony and plan the next day.



The accommodation

Our roof studio has loft character. Means: when you open the front door you stand in the entrance area, on the right is a multipurpose room, here you can put shoes and find a box for recycling garbage.



Then you go upstairs to the open sleeping-living area. The attic studio is a single open space ... only the bathroom is a room with door access for guests You have the entire attic studio with balcony at your disposal alone

Tolle Lage direkt am Donauradweg in sehr schönem Wohngebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, große Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung ist was für Menschen, die gerne ihre Ruhe haben und die Nähe zur Natur suchen. Regensburg Innenstadt ist ca . 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, also kein Problem. Ich habe die Zeit dort deshalb so genossen, weil ich morgens nur drei Minuten zu Fuß in die Natur hatte, der Donauradweg liegt direkt in Sichtweite. Dort kann man joggen, spazieren gehen oder eben Radfahren. Mit anderen Worten, ich konnte so richtig die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Wohnung ist gerade mal zwei Jahre alt und nach dem neuesten Standard gebaut. Die Ausstattung ist phänomenal. Es werden sogar Kaffeepads gestellt :-)Man muss wissen, dass alles ein großer Raum ist, und somit ist die Wohnung etwas für Leute, die sich gut verstehen sollten :-) Die Gastgeberin war immer gut und sofort per WhatsApp erreichbar für alle Nachfragen.Und noch eine Anmerkung. Diese Bewertung hier ist weder gekauft noch Werbung. Sie stammt von echten Gästen aus dem Rhein-Main-Gebiet.

Wir waren 1 Woche da und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar, hell und ruhig, und es war super sauber. Die Ausstattung ist top. Vom Balkon sieht man sogar die Walhalla. Mit dem Rad ist man auf dem Donauradweg ohne Autoverkehr in ca 15 min in der Altstadt. Wanderungen bieten sich direkt von der Haustür an.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage

Neue Wohnung, sehr ruhige Lage, hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet, überdachter Fahrradständer, Parkplatz, Einbauküche mit allem was man braucht, Boxspringbett..., es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen.

Neues Haus, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht!!

Pros: Das Apartement war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Man schläft wunderbar! Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Bei Fragen bekommt man sehr schnell eine Antwort. Sie sind offen für jeden! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder mal vorbei! Cons: Die momentanen Baustellen ringsherum. Aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts.
