"Weird. Room was great! Location is unbeatable! VERY LOUD! From street noise. The hotel rules and services were unclear. We tried to eat at the restaurant but were informed we needed reservations (who knew?). Although the restaurant was nearly empty, we were moved to a side room where they served us the WORST schnitzel I’ve ever had. We were accompanied by others eventually but we were made to wait too long to clear dishes and get our bill."

"Perfectly clean and comfortable but lacking the “special touch”. Seemed understaffed, especially in the restaurant. Half board menu was the same each night - would have expected a wider variety of options. Took a while to get served. Booking spa treatment didn’t work online but managed to get a massage booked eventually and that was a good experience. It was just small things that were a bit disappointing. Flowers on the breakfast tables were dead. Grass was not mown outside our ground floor room and it looked quite messy. Overall, it was an excellent location for visiting Neuschwanstein Castle and the lake but more attention to detail was required."

"I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here! If you are interested in some of the attractions in Füssen, this hotel is the place for you. There is a bus service very close by to take you to Neuschwanstein, but driving is also accessible! Parking was easy, breakfast was yummy, food was in walkable distance. The rooms were very nice and clean."

"This was a very modern, chic and trendy hotel. Very clean and the location was great. We were traveling with our family and the bathroom was a little challenging because there are no doors to the bathroom or shower. The shower drain clogged, and because there is no lip in the shower, water went all over the bathroom (but the staff cleaned it up quickly). I think this was the market rate for other hotels in Fussen, but it was expensive, and breakfast and parking wasn’t included. Maybe just not the right fit for our family, but a couple looking for a fun getaway it would be awesome."

"Great hotel - bike hire - great choice at breakfast including eggs cooked whichever way you like, brought to your table. Room clean. No kettle etc but they were available to take to your room from a unit on first floor. Friendly staff - ate at night in restaurant - food very good. 10min bike ride into Fussen centre or about 20 min walk. Cycling very popular with separate bike paths. Parking was OK but when hotel busy not enough bays but can park alongside of building. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"Great location. Clean. Perhaps maintain the gardens that guests see. Also, there was no airflow— just putting a fan in the bedroom would have been such a help. We walked to a beer garden which was very good. Beautiful area ovetall."
