「Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...

「Perfect place to stay for a young family and dog! Great size rooms, safe and secure garden, and everything you could need for a short break. Lots of lovely local walks - including to the coastal path, and information left at the property to help you find local places to visit. The owners of the property were very helpful and considerate and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be back!」

「Lovely spacious lodge which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Pleasant to sit on patio and enjoy the views. The holiday park is large and if you or any one in your group has mobility issues a car is a must - there is a steep slope/hill leading to treetops. The lodge is located in a quiet area of the park. Owners Adria and Steve next door and available if needed. Lovely location to explore Devon :)」

「We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time.」

「Located on the edge of a tiny rural Devon village, this property was the perfect getaway for us and our dog. The village pub is great (although you have to be up for the walk up the steep road to get there), and the property hosts were there if you needed them, totally non-invasive if you didn’t. 「Lovely holiday home in a tranquil setting, away from the crowds. We always felt happy to return here after a day out. The animals added extra interest and Claire was very responsive to our requests. Our favourite trip was Buddleigh Salterton, for swimming and shopping, only 25 mins away. The tramilne from Colyton to Seaton was also excellent, with a wonderful wetlands stop en route.」

「Our stay was flawless, conveniently located in the heart of the countryside. The facilities were great and the listing doesn’t do it justice, all of us who stayed had nothing but positive things to say about the accommodation which was thoughtfully decorated throughout. It was a shame the weather wasn’t on our side the whole time so we could make use of the great outdoor space however we were so lucky with the inside space that it didn’t affect the weekend.
