I was in communication with the hotel all day yesterday and instead of giving us another night to make up for the first night, they only gave me a discounted rate for another night that I still paid for. I love Hampton inn and always use them anywhere I go. But this experience definitely deterred me away from using them in the future "

"Room smelled of smoke. There were plastic knives stuck to the wall with some unidentifiable substance that was most similar to cream cheese. They did seem to be there intentionally, like a third grade art project. The shower and toilet were functional, and the beds kept us off the floor, so there’s that."

I just loved the theme of every room! Who ever your decorator was, they did an awesome job! Checking in and checking out was very easy"
