「El lugar esta super bien ubicado, el proceso de Check In es muy sencillo, el lugar muy agradable y completo, tiene todo lo que se necesita. En mi caso me toco una fuga del baño de arriba y la reacción del equipo no fue la mejor, se arreglo, pero nadie se comunico conmigo, se acercaron para saber si estaba cómodo o avisarme que ya se había arreglado.」

「You can't beat the location. 3 mins Walking distance to Costco, a major supermarket and a lot of American chain restaurants. Domino's is downstairs. Walking distance to street taco stands that offer awesome tacos. Very safe property, security manages access 24/7. They will walk every food delivery guy or repair guy to the apartment. 」

「The apartment was in an excellent area close to stores, restaurants and interesting sites. It was spacious and comfortable for 5 adults. The deck was great and very private. Uber service was really quick. The security guards were very accommodating. We had some trouble with the locking system on the door. If you need to communicate with Santiago I recommend you call him directly as the response to WhatsApp was a bit slow. 」

「The place is great and had ample room. The host was very quick to respond. There were issues such as no toilet paper that were resolved. However, the clothes dryer didn’t function, so laundry was not done, stool ring and lids on both toilets were about to fall off of which was reported and not resolved. Also, there were six of us for seven days with one towel each for the week - not VRBO typical.The most irritating issue was when midnight occurred on our next to last day, the lock code reset....
