"The location of this hotel is great. It is half a block from the main train station, Termini. The staff is attentive to any need you might have. The breakfast buffet is good. Air Conditioner work well. Now, the shortcomings. The shower is incredibly small and difficult to turn around in or bend over to pick up anything: about the size of a phone booth. There is no cabinet space to put out any tolietries "

"The Hotel staff went over and above for us. We were a party 8 with 3 rooms. The breakfast was inexpensive and delicious! The rooms were clean and big. We were a 1 minute walk from the Rome Terminal (very convenient) The Hotel was 10/10! I would stay here again!"

"The property was very clean and we enjoyed the rooftop bar immensely. The location and views of the Colosseum were unbeatable, and the service was top rate. The only complaints I had were the breakfast was not to my taste, and the electrical outlets were outdated. Even with my adapter, both my blow dryer and curling iron were ruined by them. "

"Just stayed a week at the Gioberti Art. Must say the location, a block from Termini is awesome especially as we had many rail day trips planned, arrived in Rome by train and were using the rail airport shuttle to leave. However, being next to train station means that it is in a less desirable part of town. Fine during the day, but at night you hear people screaming, fighting, bottles breaking. We felt safe but were annoyed at the outside noise. Couldn't open the window and the AC was so weak that our room was warmish. Breakfast is basic. Lots of bread, salad, a nutella dispenser, scrambled eggs, yoghurt and cake. Nothing special. Maid service was strange with the maid twice taking our bathrobes away so we had to ask for more at reception. Sometimes filled up tea and coffee, sometimes not. Our room was odd...there was a rainforest shower but no way to turn it on. Lots of scratches in the tub, big spot on the carpet, pain scratched off the wall. Room needs some light maintenance. Other rooms might be different. Finally just a big thank you to the Italian woman with curly black hair who works at the reception for being so kind and helpful when we checked in. Would we return? Maybe, because of the location, but would also shop around something a bit nicer in a better neighbourhood"
