「We had an amazing stay here! The staff was so friendly and made the trip that much better! Anything you needed from help with like where to go for food or entertainment, or just a nice place to settle in after a long day of walking this place was perfect. We didn’t get to take advantage of the spa so we want to try it next time! We stayed on the top floor suite and I highly recommend getting the same spot. The view was amazing of the mountains up there too! 10/10 would stay again and is on our...

「Our stay was very pleasant. We traveled with a group and rented two adjacent rooms. Each room had a balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains. It was truly peaceful and serene. The ladies who operate the hotel are wonderful and cook delicious breakfasts each morning—you can smell the freshly baked goods from the room. The property is clean and well maintained. Ending the day of hiking with a sauna was perfection.」

「Room was ok but we asked for twin beds and these seemed to be set up for children with small pillows. Pool was cold and overcrowded」

「Super miejsce do spędzenia czasu w górach」

「Wish staff would be there 24hours a day. Otherwise, this place was fantastic!」

「Hi I was five days with my daughters at this hotel everything was perfect very clean staff very friendly and helpful highly recommended and we will definitely come back 」

「Best location in Zakopane. Close to hiking trails. Close to the commercial center of town. Swimming pool, or two. Spa. Play room for children.. views of Giewont from many rooms. Balconies in some rooms. Excellent and very elaborate buffet breakfast until 11 AM (!) Nearby restaurant Karczma Biały Potok. A little further, but not to be missed, Karczma Czarci Jar. When in the commercial center do not miss STRH, and it is easy to miss.」
