「これぞアメリカといった感じの建物で、日本で言えば高原の軽井沢にのんびりいる感じ。 家具調度が凝っていて落ち着きのあるホテルでした。テラスのロッキングチェアで夕方に供されるワインとオードブルでくつろぎました。朝食はフルーツたっぷりのヨーグルトとフレンチトースト。 古いしつらえの建物なのでエレベーターはありません。部屋に持っていく荷物は軽く！ 出会った老夫婦は以前にこの近所のホテルに来たことがあって、今度は是非ここに泊まりたいと思って来たのだと言ってました。 クイーンサイズベッドはちょっと狭く、それが失敗でした。」

「The entire premises were well maintained. It felt like I was in tiny village which was cool. The room was very clean and cozy. The only thing that stood out to me was the smell in the room. It smelt like moisture which made it feel a humid even with AC on blast. Other than that, I highly recommend this spot and would certainly stay here again. It’s very close to town and to many famous hiking spots. There are plenty of eating options whether upscale or laid back. This is a prime location indeed.」

「They are trying to renovate an old Victorian house, but really do not seem to have any experience with hotels or B&B's. The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. We waiting several minutes for the hot water in the shower and eventually took two back to back cold showers . There was no table or dresser to put our stuff on, so we had everything on the floor. No...

「Everything was great. Our family had a great stay. The one aspect that gave us pause was there’s a barn/sliding door for the bathroom. Having a door that closed would have been preferable. =0)」

「Last minute stop on the way to Gatlinburg. Reasonably priced. Comfortable room that was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was strong. My only complaint was the walls were thin and it sounded like the people above us were practicing gymnastics until 11pm and up at 6:45 am. The two young ladies that checked us in were wonderful. Get a second floor room if you stay here.」

「Really beautiful grounds and great restaurant」

「We stayed here one year ago and all was good but on this trip we were given a room with a foul odor that smelled like wet carpet. The towels and wash cloths still looked dirty and the TV didn’t work. Thankfully there was other rooms available and the staff was more than helpful to give us another room. The only other issue was that the breakfast was not good at all and food that should have been kept warm was cold. We probably will not be back to this location again.」
