"Hands down the best customer service! Property was super clean and modern. Only downfall I have to mention is the bed was very firm, maybe adding some kind of topper to mattress would help. Other than that this place was absolutely gorgeous. The house cleaners do a wonderful job and are friendly. The lady in reception I could not fault, great customer service."

"Rooms, bar, restaurant, lobby, pool, views, breakfast etc were great! Lovely ambience and perfect location! Annoying that even at 2pm rooms for us and a lot of guests were not available for check in and the bar although lovely was not staffed so you would have to go looking for staff to get a drink even though the bar was full and people were wanting drinks - many looked around for refills and gave up with no staff on"

"The staff is the star of this hotel. Before the check-in, the woman staff was able to reassure how to access the hotel after hours. It was simple and I got in easily for my 3 nights stay. When I check-out, the man staff was very helpful to store my luggage. When I came back to the hotel, it started to rain. I waited until I can walk to the bus station (intercity) but the rain kept going on. The same man asked me if I wanted to have a poncho. To clarify, this is not expected as a service at the hotel. He went above and beyond. I am so amazed by the attention of the staff. They make you feel good at their place. Other than that, the room is very spacious and clean for the duration. You can open your luggage with ease."
