"We had a really lovely stay at Wind Down on Esther. The location is superb, just a short walk to town. The home is beautifully furnished and has loads of space. We really enjoyed the outside deck and spa. Such a great spot for a ladies weekend away."

Absolutely fabulous

"We loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. The house is gorgeous, new and beautifully styled (we all admired the colour scheme) with lovely touches like blankets for sitting outside while we watched the sun rise. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable, the fireplace a lovely spot to unwind in front of and the view absolutely stunning. Thank you Rhonda, it was the perfect place for a last girls' weekend away."

Birthday Weekend

"We stayed from Friday afternoon to Monday morning to celebrate my birthday. Beautiful spot and the house feels like a proper kiwi bach. Plenty of firewood although we hardly needed it as the place gets lots of sun. They rely on people leaving the place clean as it is a long way from anywhere and it was acceptable but not sparkling.The swimming is good nearby although there are warnings about the currents between the shore and the reef.Thank you."

Great stay

"Great stay. The only useful things that weren't immediately transparent online are:-There are two fruit trees in the yard, so if you're bringing your dog you may want to have a tidy up before letting them loose.-There is a fee for having a dog and unless you ask what it is, you won't know till after you have booked. So, hypothetically, if you are running tight on a budget and book close to the stay date you may run into not being able to afford it and not being entitled to a full refund.Nit picking aside, we love our stay and would immediately check if this property was available for subsequent holidays."

Best stay ever

"We had an absolutely amazing stay! The accommodation was perfect for our group of 8 friends and our dog — spacious, clean, and super cozy. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The common areas were great for hanging out together, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space too. The dog loved it just as much as we did — lots of room to play and explore!"
