Good location with great hospitality

My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location and close to sightseeing spots. There was a great breakfast every day , and any request i had was never an issue. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Not too far from any major locations in Tbilisi. Excellent service and breakfast. One of the best things about this hotel is that you can leave the room and just spend quality time on the patio, very immersive and relaxing.

An amazing hotel ...

... perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town. Access to all the attractions is easy, only a short walk away. The room and facilities are top-notch. Service was fantastic as were the staff, who were helpful and knowledgable about the things to see and do in Tbilisi.

Excellent stay in centre of Tblisi

Good location in old part of time, walkable to everywhere. Rooms appear modern and staff very helpful. Kitchen open and has free tea/coffee during day, without that it is overpriced. Breakfast is very nice also. I would certainly book here again during next trip.

The young ladies who seem to run operations are kind and helpful. The home cooked breakfast was excellent--fresh potato pancakes the day I ate there, along with other things. Centrally located to all attractions, beautiful balcony to relax on.

It’s in a great location. Breakfast is very good. Most day trip tours begin at 9:00am and breakfast begins at 9;00am so was a bit problematic. Seemed a little late but I think that’s normal in Georgia. Staff wasn’t very friendly which was a bit sad. It’s very clean, comfortable bed and great facilities.

We really enjoyed our one-week-stay, the staff were helpful and always available, great location near liberty square although some of the streets around where quite rough. And a cute cat family living on the terrace! The main thing we were not happy about was that we payed extra for a room with a mountain view, but there weren't any due to a new large concrete building covering it. Choosing a more expensive room with a view shouldn't be an option if there is none.

The hotel is located in what seemed to me like a bad neighbourhood with poorly maintained buildings and grafitti on the Walls making me feel unsafe to go outside - specially after dar (the staff told me that the safety was OK though). My room was very small and basic (no TV, refridgerator or safety deposit box) and getting enough soap for a shower and even to wash my hands was a Challenge, and the breakfast was also very basic. The staff was nice and friendly though, and the rates are very low, so if you are on a very tight budget, the Mariam R can be a good choice. However I would recommend that you go for one of the bigger rooms and not the economy room, if the budget allowes it or preferably chooce another hotel.

I booked a room with a mountain view, when I checked in it turned out that there’s no view at all but they left that in the description anyways, so I was kinda bummed cause I paid extra for that. The breakfast was bad, I didn’t have any for the rest of the stay after I saw it the first time. The place is very old, and the furniture is not convenient. No phone with reception, no TV. Cleaning is good, but once they left the used towels to dry out on their own although I requested new ones. Staff are very nice, the neighborhood isn’t. I wouldn’t go again.
