Nice and affordable, nit far from the central part, clean room, lots of clean towels, aircond, everything is just great. I recomnend this hotel to travellers from around the world.

Worst breakfast

The worst breakfast I ever seen. Everything was cold, even the sausage, and they had really bad taste. The hotel was okay, the bed was comfy and the staff was nice.

Şehir merkezindegüzel bir butik mekan

Şehir merkezinde, Eski Tiflis denilen yerler içinde, Avlabari metro istasyonuna çok yakın, işletmecisi çok samimi ve içten, yüksek tavanları ile tipik bir Gürcü evi. Sadece kahvaltı hizmetleri var; o belki biraz daha geliştirilebilr. Aile ile kalmak için de güzel bir yer.

Good stay overall.

Room was wall in wall with reception. Very thin walls and doors and could hear everything. If I made noise they could hear me also. Price was OK for what you get. Location is very good, near airport bus and metro, and near the cathedral. Around the place are many shops and eating possibilities.

Номер убирали чисто. Каждый день меняли полотенца. Завтрак был однообразен, но голодными с него не уходили. Как много где в Грузии на завтраке не было заварного кофе. Был зеленый чай и мелкодисперсный кофе в который самостоятельно наливаешь воды из чайника, а ля турецкий. Отдыхали 4 ночи. Полотенца в некоторые дни были с дырками. Все четыре ночи с дыркой была и простыня. Простыня была меньше чем кровать, утром находили её скомканной в середине кровати. Матрас был с уклоном в середину кровати. Ложишься и скатываешься в центр. К третьей ночи я приспособился. Держатель для душа был сломан. Лейка душа висела на мыльнице. Весь персонал говорил на русском, для Грузии это редкость! В номер был отдельный вход с улицы. В номере было две батареи, было тепло. Батареи закрывали деревянные щиты вырезанные из ДСП и покрашенные белой краской. Щиты были не закреплены их держала только занавеска. Персонал был радушен, подсказывали мне нужные адреса. Разрешили оплату частично в долларах, частично в лари. Доллары приняли по хорошему курсу. В последний день встретил в санузле таракана. Телевизор был не 32 дюйма как было заявлено на сайте, но меня это не напрягало.Поставил отелю хорошую оценку потому, что он неплохой по отношению к другим отелям Тбилиси. (Естественно не сравниваю, с отелями представляющими мировые бренды).

time for a renovation

The hotel is down a dismal street which the hotel cannot help. You enter into a courtyard and up a set of stairs to the office. A long narrow room with a desk and person behind it. Friendly person for the most part. Rapid check in and the they take you to your room. Room is dated but clean. The bed coverings are clean but old and need replaced. A small fridge is in the room but you have a choice. Plug the TV in, plug the fridge in, or plug the desk lamp in. We tried the TV but never figured out how to get it to turn on. So Fridge it is. Very loud hotel neighbors. Had to call the front desk but it didn't do any good. Bathroom was clean but like the rest of the place it needs a renovation. The breakfast was good although everything was cold. Will not stay there again.

Большой номер, 10 минут ходьбы до старооо города

В общем и целом положительные впечатления на 5-. За вполне скромные деньги вы получаете большой номер с ежедневной уборкой и хорошим отзывчивым персоналом. Мы находились в номере только ночью, потому как в Грузии не имеет смысла сидеть дома, так что все что мы ожидали, получили сполна! Завтрак достаточно обильный, но немного специфичный. Для тех кто любит каши и йогурты, сообщаем, что их там не было за 2-е недели нашего пребывания ни раз! А в общем голодными не останетесь, все вкусно и по домашнему. Мы жили на первом этаже в большом однокомнатном номере, где присутствовал какой-то синтетический запах, возможно до нас обработали двери лаком! А в общем выражаем благодарность за прекрасное времяпрепровождение в Тбилиси коллективу отеля и рекомендуем данный отель к посещению. Ждать от достаточно бюджетного отеля уровня Hilton не стоит, он оправдал наши ожидания! Всем хорошего отдыха в Грузии!

Nice small family run hotel, highly recommended !

All right, this is a bit tricky to explain but when in Georgia, you have to judge by their standards - and there are none! Wonderful crazy mix of makeshift amenities, that are not necessarily bad, but bring out local flair, home made cuisine and wonderful breakfast made on the spot with local ingredients. This is true to every hotel in Georgia. If you are going to know hotel chains, you will see that cheaper chains are very expensive and upscale ones are crazy expensive, even by European standards. This open a niche for plethora of small family run hotels and quirky albeit very hospitable experience. So, I can recommend Georgian House as being nice small hotel, clean, great breakfast and excellent service with homely feeling. There are happy people inside and location is very handy, just 2 minute walk from one of main squares (Avlabari - Queen Ketevan Square) and with metro station, only one station from Freedom Square. There is one thing in Georgia you must learn, staff in hotels will generally leave you alone and let you be about your business, but if you ask for anything they will do it with a genuine smile and extra effort, so don't be shy to ask for what you need even if they don't ask usual question "... do you need anything else..." Georgia and Georgian people are wonderful and you should go and visit!

Well I stayed in the hotel for 5 days. I had booked a small room but it had some problem, so they gave me a deluxe room for the same price which I appreciate. There was a bit of smell in the washroom. And there was no mirror at all in my room. I requested but it was not available. But overall my stay was fine & from there its just 10-15mins walk to the bridge of peace. I did not have anyother problem. The hotel staff are friendly & cooperative. Speak english too. There is eveything nearby -grocery, supermarket, moneyexchange, busstation. The breakfast was good too.
