「The location of the property is excellent, with access to the lake/reservoir for swimming and kayaking. The view is simply wonderful! The owner and staff are very warm and hospitable, and the food was healthy, well balanced and delicious. Unfortunately, visitors have left trash on the shores of the reservoir.」

「Hôtel propre, personnel sympathique, équipements satisfaisants」

「It was very comfortable. I want to stay at this hotel again. I think it will be a better hotel if the following things are improved. 1. The pool area guard is working properly. 2. Cool juice, white wine, and water and serve them to customers.」

「Excellent place, clean and beautiful, Ismael was wonderful with us. We also booked with him the desert for two nights. Highly recommend!」

「I had my riad changed to the Riad Mounana, owned and managed by the same folks, as they were doing some work on the Saphir Bleu, so I’ll describe my experience there, knowing it’s a sister property managed by the same people. I really enjoyed staying at this riad, which is located right in the heart of the Medina. The folks running it were very friendly and super helpful, going out of their way to be helpful, which I very much appreciated. They spoke good English, as well as French, and really...
