「とても清潔で、静かで虫も全く居ませんでした！受付の男性はとても親切で、コミュニケーションをたくさん取ってくれます。また、フェズ空港では紙のチケットしか使えないと知らなくて、気づいた時には周りの印刷店が閉まっていた為困っていると、その場で印刷して助けてくれました。とても素敵なホテルなのでオススメです！」

「Hasan made sure we were well taken care of. He helped with luggage carrying toand from our check in and check out. He ensured breakfast was ready on time and even packed and gave us breakfast on the day we were leaving since we left super early. He also helped with recommendations for things to do in and around the medina. The room was clean, cozy, and just enough for thwme 2 of us. 「The staff was kind and friendly. The location was good. You can get what you paid for. The room had a tiny window and room light was not blight enough. Wi-Fi is not available in the room. No elevator. Please note breakfast will not be served before 7:30. I recommend other hotels if you join early morning tour. The courtyard where Wi-Fi is available was not heated. 清潔好きの日本人の方には厳しいかも… タオルを広げると虫が出てきました… 歯ブラシやシャンプー、ドライヤーはありません。」
