「Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing experience」

「The hotel is a few meters walk from the town proper. It has four star ambience - the table, chairs, mirror are made of heavy wood and the stool chair is fine furniture made. The window is exquisitely made of hardwood with metal grills but with no mosquito screens. However this is compensated by the mosquito net above the bed. It is a cozy rooom for one person of about 10 sqaure meters and comes with a fan and a shared bathroom just beside the room. The bathroom is also four star ambience and...

「We booked 3 rooms on separate bookings and on arrival there was no rooms available. Owner tried to put all 3 of us in the same room with no discount. While at the property I discussed refund with hotels.com but following enquiry no refund was given and I also had to find alternative accommodation 」

「ホテルのスタッフは皆さん親切で気配りをしてくれます。私達の部屋はビーチ側で、ロケーションは最高だったんだけど、入り口のスライドドアの滑りが悪すぎて女性には厳しいかも。何が「エコホテル」なのかわからなかったけど、滞在していたら太陽光発電、太陽熱温水器などの設備を導入していることがわかりました。ただし、どちらも極めてシステムが小さいため不便でした。特に太陽熱温水器に関しては温水シャワーがチョロチョロなので、シャワーを浴びるのに普段の何倍も時間がかかります。」

「Vi ankom til en mudret byggeplads uden varsel. Turen derhen var besværlig, og beliggenheden var ikke god, men nærmere elendig, sammenlignet med det der står i beskrivelsen. Badeværelset lugtede, var klamt, bruser var ubrugelig pga. vandtrykket var så lavt. Værelsesvæggene var også klamme og beskidte. Indgang til værelserne var jordede og ofte mudret, som man tager med ind på værelset. 」

「lovely, authentic place located in beautiful nature surroundings on the top of the hill (mind there are a lot of steps to get up there, although worth it). Walkable distance (1 km ) from the Vanilla beach , were all main amenities such as ATM, shops and restaurants are available. Overall great place and definitely would recommend it.」

Hotels.com does not support you with any refund, they don‘t care that they have properties on their website which doesn‘t exist. I book around 150-180 rooms per year and I can only suggest you to not book this property since your money will be gone.」

「The location is in the town proper, the owner and staff of the property were so nice, helpful, kind and willing to assist us in every way they can to make our stay worth in El Nido. They provide all the info we need from all our queries」

「Marina Terrace (the restaurant) is beautiful for sunset and the couple running it, Kieran and Beth really make the place special. They are knowledgeable world travelers so we found kindred spirits. Kieran is an amazing chef who whipped up to die for risotto as good as we have had in Italy. They gave us great recommendations of where to go and what to do. This is an authentic local experience with few tourists. The town itself is very safe and close by there are some nice hikes and killer beaches...

"2025年2月に家族で1泊しました。モルディブのような「高級1アイランド1リゾート」方式で、島には欧米系と日本人の宿泊客しかおらず、のんびりした快適な時間を過ごせました。食事は3食付き、アクティビティも動力を使わない系はほぼ全部無料なので、一度払っておけば島でお金の心配をしなくていいのがよかったです。 ◆食事について 3食ともバイキングでそこそこ美味しかったです。強いて言うなら、そこまで種類が多くないので3泊くらいする場合は飽きるかも？ ◆アクティビティについて桟橋の先のハウスリーフはそのままドロップオフになっており、シュノーケリングでたくさんの熱帯魚を見たり、深い海の底を覗きこんだりできます。また、スモールラグーン、ビッグラグーンエルニド本島からのツアーAなど、様々なツアーに宿泊者は無料で参加できて、10分程度でアクセスできるので本当に便利でした。特に、早朝のビッグラグーンは一見の価値ありです。 ◆部屋についてガーデンコテージはそこまで広くないですが、外でのんびり滞在する時間が多いので、あまり気になりません。部屋もバスルームも清潔でした。 ◆スタッフについて皆親切で笑顔です。リオ港からのボート送迎から始まり、アクティビティの相談に乗ってくれたり、バスタオルをアクティビティや飲み水をいいタイミング渡してくれるなど、ホスピタリティが素晴らしいです。最後に、気をつけることとしては・時期によってはクラゲが出る・アルコールが１杯500〜800ペソしてかなり高いので、お酒をたくさん飲む人は本島から持ってきたほうがいい・出発前に、本島での合流場所を明確にメールで決めておく（私の場合は、前日までリオに泊まっていたのでリオの桟橋からボートが出ました）くらいだと思います。迷っていたら、ぜひ一度泊まりに来ることをお勧めします。高い金額を払ってでまくる価値はあると思います！"
