But one nice clerk at the front desk, he was really helpful and finally we could check in thanks to him. We could not have slept without his help. We’d like to come back to that hotel again! 」

「Stay was ok. Be warned you have to pay to use the pool, per person per day, something that is stated after booking. I was staying with two children so you can imagine the actually nightly rate is a lot higher if you want to use the facilities it describes on the website. Misleading and quite annoying. I then had to raise with hotels.com who basically told me to send them receipts after the booking. The property does not offer receipts, so all in all, a bad experience again! 」

「BGC地区のタワーマンションで、快適に過ごせました 目の前に三越・1本東にもショッピングモールがあり、食事に困ることはありません 民泊ですから、チェックインに関しては事前にオーナーとメールでやり取りをします 鍵の受け取り等、適切な指示がありましたので、困ることはありませんでした 45階建てのコンドミニアムで35階の部屋でした 西面でしたので、部屋から夕陽も綺麗に見えて、とても良かったです 」

「We stayed at the property for a total of 10 days, with a break in between. It was easy to correspond with the property manager, and the check-in process (with Marian) was very easy. We especially appreciate that they have allocated a parking space for the condo which we needed for our vehicle. The space is generous and we absolutely appreciated the location. It is convenient to every where, including an easy entrance to travel to the south (SLEX). It is in a quiet part of BGC, and yet walkable...
