「We had to change rooms for the second night due how I booked the 2 night stay at the last minute - my fault. But must admit I was glad to move as the first night in the cottage across the car park was very noisy with unhappy guests (one off ? ) and banging doors (big sign on door - so regular occurrence?) ! Spent next night over the bar - I used earplugs! Some of the staff were delightful but unfortunately my first encounter was a French lady in the bar who was obtuse to say the least. I...

「This hotel was better than I ever expected. Modern decor inside and very helpful staff.」

「I recommend upgrading to a superior room for a much more luxurious space and nice view. I had a lovely room and excellent view of the front lawn. My friend who had a regular room had an okay room with a view of the back parking lot! It’s a beautiful historic property and stunning location on the river, so might as well make the most of your stay! Don’t expect much from the “spa” treatment. 「This was a wonderful place. Friendly, welcoming staff! Lovely comfortable room. It was only about a 9 minute drive to the center of Perth. I would definitely stay there again.」

「Room was great and amenities good.」

「Our second stay in this beautiful and very comfortable hotel, exceptionally well hosted by Karen (such good breakfasts) and Graham (whose knowledge of where to go and what to do was amazing). Thanks for your care and attention! We will be back at any opportunity!」

「The hotel was in a very convenient location, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. After a day of bad weather, I was completely exhausted, so I ordered takeout from the Indian restaurant on the ground floor—it was absolutely delicious. The staff were wonderful, and their kindness was truly comforting. Thank you! I can confidently recommend this hotel.」

「The facility was lovely, the staff, friendly and professional. Our room was just right. It was all very pleasant and we would certainly stay here again.」
