This kit is meant to get you started. Once these items run out, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed.

Guests will have access to the entire cottage and exterior. The garage is locked and not for guest use.

We are always available by text or phone if needed

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests—this includes day visitors

No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the cottage. If smoking outside please dispose of butts properly.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbours.

The bunk bed room is best suited for children.

Guests must be comfortable with stairs, as the cottage has multiple levels.

Life jackets are available but sizes may vary—please bring your own if preferred.

Pets are not permitted.

Parking available for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

There is Wi-Fi, but please note speeds may vary in rural areas.

Payment is due at the time of booking. Confirmed guests will receive a link to our guest portal to sign our rental agreement and view booking details (including payments and receipts).
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the check-in date.
No Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the check-in date.

A $500 security hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 3 days prior to check-in. This is a pre-authorization only and no funds will be charged unless damage or excessive cleaning is identified after check-out.
