施設の古さは風情があってとても良かったですが、大きな荷物を運ぶには階段を使用しなくてはならなかったのでちょっと不自由でした。地域的な問題だと思いますが水圧が低く温水も出にくかったのが少し不満に思いました。スタッフはとても親切で要望に応えてもらえたので良かったです。

The staff is beyond excellent. The location is excellent. Unfortunately the hotel is showing signs of age: cracked tiles all over the bathroom, no water pressure in the bathroom, toilet doesn't flush properly. There was an ironing board but no iron. It is beautifully decorated but some things don't work. Our bedside lamp had no electrical plug to plug it into. It looks great in pictures but not a top notch hotel.

Pros: The property is beautiful, with a great rooftop deck (which could be better utilized with more furniture) and discounted parking nearby. Lots of steps. Very nice, helpful staff. Cons: Only 2 outlets per room. Very noisy. No AC and very hot in April. Shower pressure is very weak, and it takes a long time to get hot water. WiFi service is terrible: slow and unreliable (much better at the hotel across the street and all the nearby restaurants). Could use some refreshing/remodeling.

We had high expectations for Los Arcos, but the experience fell short. We originally booked the suite, which turned out to be extremely noisy. The hotel moved us to a smaller, less expensive room and assured us the price difference would be refunded through Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they told us the hotel declined to adjust the booking cost. In the end, we paid the higher suite rate for a lower‑priced room. This was disappointing and not the level of service we anticipated from either Los Arcos or Expedia.

Todo muy bien con el Hotel Los Arcos; hace recordar y te lleva al ambiente colonial de estos pueblos mágicos, incluso de tiempos perdidos ya hace un rato.
