The Santa Luzia Residence apartments for holidays with swimming pool are apartments ideally designed for those who want to have a holiday full of sun and green spaces. These apartments are located on Rua Caminho das Trindades, in the fishing village of Santa Luzia in Tavira.

They are located a five-minute walk from the center and waterfront of the fishing village of Santa Luzia, where all the local shops, restaurants and cafes are located and where you can take a boat to Terra Estreita beach. The entire route of this great waterfront is accompanied by the Ria Formosa estuary and natural park.

The Santa Luzia Residence apartments are located a seven-minute drive from the center of the historic city of Tavira, where you can find the port for embarking to the beautiful beach of Ilha de Tavira, discover the historic city center or go shopping in the Tavira shopping center Gran-Plaza.

Living room: The living room is equipped with various furniture, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a sofa and two armchairs. This room is connected to the dining room, where you can enjoy meals at a table with capacity for up to 6 people.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with various appliances such as: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Basic kitchen utensils are provided.

Bedrooms: The apartment has two bedrooms furnished and equipped with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided.

Bathroom: There are two bathrooms with all new toilets. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower or bath, toilet and toilet. Bath towels are provided.

Terrace: Small, quiet terrace with a table and four chairs. Access to the terrace is via the bedrooms.

Pool: It has two shared pools, one for children and one for adults.

Parking: The building has private parking and around it there are also several public parking lots.
