This recently stylishly refurbished studio apartment is ideally located for a true Mt Maunganui experience. Situated at the base of the iconic Mauao (mountain) you are near all of the Mount attractions - be it the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants. Relax on the balcony with views of Mauao, or just grab a towel and surf in the ocean, swim in the calm waters of Pilot Bay or the hot pools right across the road.

The Space:
Onsite there is a sauna and gym to enjoy at your own leisure. Stroll around the corner and choose a table at any number of beachside cafes and restaurants or walk into town and browse through the many boutique shops. There is modern kitchenette and stylish bathroom. The super king bed is postioned for a perfect view over Mauao. There is also a queen sofa bed available for an additional 2 guests and ideal for 1 extra adult or 2 children so please put correct guest numbers in when booking so that linen is made available for this. With 1 secure car space as well this apartment has everything you need to relax and enjoy!
Please note that the pool and spa area are undergoing maintenance and improvements until mid December 2025 therefore they will not be available for use and there could be some noise disturbance mid week with no construction during the weekends. We have reduced the rate to take this disturbance into account. During this time we are offering guests a 50% discount at the Mount Hot Pools across the road from the apartment.
