Located in Acacia Bay, this cozy 3 bedroom home with spa pool offers incredible views of Lake Taupo and Mt Tauhara. Only a 10 minute walk to the lake at Te Moenga Bay, or a 5 minute walk to the local store and the popular restaurant/bar `The Bay Bar & Brasserie`. Drive into Taupo town centre in about 7 minutes, where you will find an abundance of activities, boutique shops, cafe`s, restaurants and so many great spots to stroll along the lakefront. You`re so handy to everything here!

The space
This property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including the master bedroom ensuite.

Two heatpump/air-con units will keep you comfortable all year round.
Wifi is included, and you can use the smart-tv to log into your own Netflix account.

Bedding configuration is- Master bedroom: 1x King bed. Second bedroom: 1x Queen bed. Third bedroom: Bunks with 1x Single over 1x Double bed. We allow a maximum of 7 guests.

The garage is not accessible to guests, but you would be able to store a couple of bikes in the unlocked shed at the back of the house.

There is parking space for up to 3 vehicles at the top of the driveway.
Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close.

The track is suitable for walkers and cyclists and offers access to scenic spots like Totara Bay, Rangatira Point, and Whakamoenga Point. Along the way, visitors can enjoy activities such as swimming, fishing, kayaking, and picnicking.
