"We arrived at the hotel, approached the front desk to check in and the employee informed us that they were closed due to renovations and they did not have any heat. There was no attempt at letting us know whatsoever. We called every single hotel in the area and there were absolutely no rooms available at any of them. She was completely unapologetic and we were unable to get a room in Minot. "
